Retrieve a Forgotten Password in NPAGo

Beginning on your NPA Go log in page, click on the “Forgot Password?” button.

1. It is located under the “Log in” button.2. This will display the “Forgot Your Password?” window. This is where you can reset your password. Please complete the following.

UserID – In this field enter the User ID you use to log in to NPA Go with.

Email Address – Enter your email address that is associated with your account here.

Send Email – Click on this button to have the system send you an email to reset your password.

Cancel – Click on this button to close the window. By clicking on this button, the system will not send you an email to reset your password.
